The ink computer had a software update last night, and now window's is not recognizing the USB connection for the ZP 450 printer. I've been troubleshooting, and I finally got a notification that it's the connection between the computer & printer. Is there another cord I could try, or have a new one ordered? It's a USB A Male/B Male.
